Karin Horev, Partner


Adv. Karin Horev has been practicing corporate and commercial law for more than 20 years, with a focus on complex technology-related matters. Over the years, Karin has led a large number of complex and wide-ranging transactions. Karin represents reputable high-tech and international companies in all stages of their operations, providing a variety of both Israeli and international clients with dedicated and highly-professional representation in local and international transactions, commercial contracts (including a variety of supply, OEM, distribution, VAR, outsourcing, business processes and services agreements), licensing and intellectual property, strategic alliances, international trade, R&D, venture capital financing (representing both the company, the founders and the investors), project finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, technology and other commercial and corporate matters.

Having acted as lead counsel in a wide variety of complex international transactions involving large international entities, as well as having facilitated complex technology transactions (including complex development agreements, technology collaborations between companies, cloud services and SAAS, system and software acquisitions, system development and implementation, outsourcing, licensing and various services agreements), Karin brings vast legal and business experience to her clients and manages all aspects of commercial activities with a well-considered balance of legal and commercial expertise and business creativity. 


Throughout her career, Karin has accompanied thousands of transactions, with a reputation of being a “deal-maker”, and a creative deal enabler. Having the ability to examine the “big picture” and understand all business and legal aspects of the deal, enable her to provide the most appropriate solutions and provide a well-balanced advice for each type of transaction in order to lead the client from the commencement of the deal to its successful conclusion. Karin’s experience, knowledge and insights are beneficial to a wide range of clients, from start-ups at their inception stage to well-established companies in the Israeli market. She views the relationship with start-up companies as a long-term strategic partnership, understanding the unique challenges for both companies, founders and investors, and is committed to her clients’ short-term and long-term success.

Yaniv Izardel, Partner


Yaniv is a lawyer specializing in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, M&A, Hi-tech law, securities, franchises and licenses, liquidations, labor law, security companies, medical devices and family owned business. Yaniv, through his pro-active attitude, is a deal maker who leads numerous transitions to successful completion. 

Prior to the foundation of the firm, Yaniv was an associate/partner in a few leading corporate and commercial law firms in Israel, including Hertzog Fox Neeman &Co. 

Yaniv holds an LL.B degree Summa Cum Laude from the Bar Ilan University Law Faculty.

Ronen Monosevich, Partner


Ronen leads numerous large scale and complex local and international transactions, including the negotiation, drafting and due diligence aspects thereof, towards successful completion. He is considered a leading expert in the representation of startups, technology companies, investors of various sorts and other players in the Hi-tech area, with respect to all aspects of corporate and commercial law, corporate finance and M&A. Ronen has a reputation of a bright attorney with the ability to grant legal services while understanding the “big picture” of matters handled thereby, in addition to keeping track of details. 

Prior to the foundation of the firm, Ronen worked at Meitar Liquornik Geva & Leshem Brandwein, one of the leading corporate and commercial law firms in Israel, and served as a partner at Shavit Bar-On Gal-On Tzin Yagur & Co., another leading Israeli commercial and corporate law firm, and headed its activity in the Hi-tech field.
Ronen holds a LL.M degree in corporate law from the New York University School of Law, one of the leading law schools in the world, and an LL.B degree magna cum laude from the Tel Aviv University Law Faculty (Dean’s list 1997 and 1998).

Erez Shapira, Partner

Diana Albu, Associate

Shani Levi, Associate


Shani is an attorney with an extensive in-house experience, specializing in the fields of commercial and corporate law, mainly in the Hitech and Ecommerce industry. She worked as in-house legal counsel at leading Hitech companies, such as AudioCodes, Better Place, Alvarion and TTI Telekom.

Among her vast experience in complex international transactions, she possess personal skills of dedication, negotiation and excellent inter-personal relations. In her work, she is known for successfully leading large scale international transactions, including all legal aspects thereof, towards professional and fast completion. She also specializes in licensing agreements with extensive understanding of technology, cloud base solutions and more. She also represents clients in the field of intellectual property protection plans and trademark registration and has experience in copyright laws as well as commercialization and monetization related to intellectual property rights. Shani works with international lawyers relating to different legal issues, among others employment issues worldwide.

Shani also specializes in the Ecommerce arena, in particular, related to platforms such as eBay and Amazon. She is also familiar with internet and digital platforms legal practices as well as cyber security laws and privacy regulations such as the GDPR and more.


Shani holds an LL.B degree in Law and a B.A in business from the IDC Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

Omer Manor, Associate


Omer practices commercial, corporate, labor, tenders, export, imports, torts and real estate law. Omer’s main clients are medium and small businesses. He handles their establishment and day to day legal matters. Omer has extensive experience in representation before various governmental bodies and with respect to Ministry of Defense regulation.

Omer served as the in-house legal counsel of a group of companies in the field of homeland security.

Omer holds an LL.B degree from the Academic Center of Law & Business in Ramat-Gan.

Max Rapaport, Associate


Max is an attorney, specializing in the fields of commercial law, data and privacy protection and IP transactions.

Max worked in a variety of roles, including in house positions, and as a corporate and commercial associate attorney, in both Israel and the United States. 

Max holds a BA Degree from Cornell University, a JD from the Boston University School of Law and an LLM degree from Georgetown University Law Center (Securities and Financial Regulation). In addition, Max also holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) Certificate in European privacy law from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Yinon Itan, Of Counsel


Yinon is a corporate and commercial attorney, experienced in representing private and public Hi-tech companies in different phases and in various aspects, including M&A, financing, incorporation and intellectual property transactions as well as ongoing startups matters. Yinon represents venture capital and investment funds, including performance of due diligence analysis, regarding complex financing rounds of early stage startups. He has gained special expertise with biotech and agritech companies.
